PHOTOGRAPHY is one of my greatest frustration in my whole life..hek! i admitted i am frustrated photographer HAHAHA and who can’t be??… i take any thing that my lens can take as long as it made me happy :D and as long as i want to preserve that moment into my photo or pictures that a naked eye can see…taking pictures help me lot especially when i am totally bored or stressed from school and bombarded by school requirements i make sure i can still able to take a pictures/photo….
i like taking random photos..because it is care free and no limitations as long as my lens could able to take it i am always on the go!…
today since i am free i take a photo of our color pencils and pens (it is not the totally number of color pens and pencils that i have in this photos) since i wanted to get a radiant and refreshing photo for the stress out, well after few attempts of clicking my camera and get the angle i like this is the finish product i got (there is no filter on this photos) i am happy i made this one and i could able to share it on my blog to day..

Chocolate can help you live longer.Chocolate has antioxidants that can protect you against heart disease. Dark chocolate has 8 times the amount of antioxidants than strawberries. The flavonoids help relax blood pressure by producing nitric oxide. A small bar of dark chocolate every day can help lower your blood pressure and cholesterol. Chocolate also has serotonin which acts as an antidepress
ant. Also, while chocolate has fat, most of the fat in chocolate does not impact your cholesterol. Chocolate is still high-calorie and high-fat, so you need to eat in moderation.
